Mr. Reddy, the Managing Director of the company, has over two decades of rich and diverse experience in the real estate industry. During his career, he has been associated with prominent developers in Bangalore and has held high-responsibility roles at Mantri Group and Primus Group for over 18 years. With a strong business insight and a passion for the principles and practices of business ethics, Mr. Reddy founded Hometheory with a vision to create opportunities and a determination to ensure its success.
Mrs. Rupa Mahesh, Director of HR & Finance is a truly good person who speaks, acts, and stands for truth. Her decisions, viewpoints, and perspectives help to strengthen our team. She is currently focused on people management, accounts and finance management, and CSR-related initiatives for Hometheory. With a rich background in industrial and institutional management, she brings valuable experience to the company.
Mr. Mahesh Babu, the Director of Business Development at the company, brings three decades of experience in creating new ideas and concepts, rooted in his business family background. He joined forces with Mr. Reddy to create Hometheory, and is currently focused on implementing a scalable strategy to provide overall strategic business plans, further strengthening the foundation of the company. With a proven track record of navigating various business cycles, Mahesh has led his businesses from the lows to new heights, carving his own path in various sectors. He graduated from SV University with a Communications and Journalism.
Mr. Shashidhar Reddy, the Director of the Company, took over his uncle's interior business in the year 2002, which has since grown to new heights as the RCR Company. He single-handedly strengthened the company's image during this phase and expanded the business by starting new verticals such as construction, elevation glazing, layout developments, and park developments, resulting in the successful delivery of over 150 projects. As the Director of Projects & Execution at Hometheory, Mr. Shashidhar Reddy now collaborates with the company to focus on project execution, adoption and deployment of new concepts, methods, and technologies, ensuring the continued success of the company.
